When the way you work stops working

Does any of this sound familiar?

  • A critical part of your business runs from spreadsheets.
  • Your team keeps copying information between systems.
  • Your software dictates how you work, instead of supporting it.
  • Customers email you for things they should be able to do themselves.
  • Repetitive administration takes time away from useful work.
  • Information is scattered across disconnected tools.
  • Important processes depend on someone remembering the next step.
  • You have tried AI, but are still looking for a useful application.

What we build

More getting things done.

For growing UK businesses with complicated operations, the right solution starts with how people actually work.

Workflow & AI Review

Before committing to a software project, find out what is worth changing. We review one priority workflow and give you a practical recommendation, including whether buying existing software makes more sense.

How we work

A clear next step. At every stage.

01

Understand

Learn how your business works today and identify the problem worth solving.

02

Design

Simplify the process and agree what the software needs to do.

03

Build

Create the smallest useful version first, with regular opportunities for your team to try it.

04

Improve

Observe how the software is used and evolve it as your business changes.

Thoughtful foundations · Worque

Bespoke doesn’t always mean starting from scratch.

Many business applications share the same foundations: customers, jobs, projects, records, workflows, permissions and reporting.

We are building Worque, our own configurable application platform, so that where appropriate we can tailor business software without rebuilding every underlying component.

It is a platform in development. We assess its suitability for each engagement; specialised requirements may still call for a fully bespoke build.
