A recommendation you can act on.

Bring one priority workflow and the people who understand it. We explore how work moves through your business, where it gets stuck and which changes could make a useful difference.

You receive a written assessment and a walkthrough of the recommendations. A review can recommend a simpler process, existing software, a targeted integration or a custom build.

  • A discovery session with the people doing the work
  • A map of your current process, bottlenecks and repetitive tasks
  • Opportunities for software, automation and appropriate AI
  • Risks, constraints and a build-versus-buy assessment
  • A recommended solution and indicative delivery approach
  • An indicative cost range and clear next steps

What happens next?

Conversation → Review → Prototype → Implementation → Support

The review is a standalone engagement. You can use the recommendations to decide your next step without an obligation to commission development. A prototype, implementation and ongoing support are separately scoped.

Can the fee be credited against a project?

Some or all of the review fee may be credited against a subsequent implementation with White Matter. Any credit, eligibility and timing will be agreed in the written proposal; it is not automatic.

What should we prepare?

A brief description of the process, the systems involved and what is causing difficulty. Sanitised example documents can help. We agree who should attend and what information is needed before the session.

How long does it take?

Timing depends on stakeholder availability and the scope of the workflow. We agree the session and delivery dates before starting. The £995 figure is a starting point for discussion, not a commitment to review an entire organisation.
